DECIDED TO:

1. Approve the Emblem of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM (design is enclosed).
2. Approve the Flag of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM (description and design of the Flag is enclosed).
3. Approve the design of the Round Seal of the Secretariat of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM (enclosed).
4. Approve the Logo of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM (design is enclosed).
