Both sides expressed their conviction that the earliest resolution of the protracted conflicts in the GUAM area based on the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova and the inviolability of their internationally recognized borders, as well as other basic principles of international law, will considerably strengthen international peace, security and stability and pave the way for lasting and full-scale regional cooperation.
Poland reiterated its interest to promote cooperation with GUAM, which has become an important component of the European security architecture. GUAM welcomed this intention. The sides agreed to maintain consistent dialogue to ensure the implementation of common priorities of cooperation outlined in this Communiqué.
The sides decided to agree on the date and venue of the next GUAM-Poland meeting through diplomatic channels.
