GUAM Secretary General participated in the Closing Conference of the project “Sharing the Experiences of Visegrád Cooperation in the Western Balkans and EaP Countries”, organised by International Centre for Democratic Transition (ICDT) in Budapest, 10 March 2011.
GUAM Secretary General Valeri Chechelashvili adressed Plenary Session II: “Transferable Experience in Regional Cooperation”. He focused on the commonalities of cooperation in different regional formats, goals and objectives of GUAM, priorities of cooperation in GUAM and GUAM+ formats, elaborated on issues of regional sectoral, trade and energy cooperation, presented ideas for future cooperation between ICDT and GUAM.
