Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of GUAM in Vilnius

On November 29, 2013, within the framework of the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius, a working breakfast took place for the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of GUAM member-states with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. L.
