On June 26-27, 2014 the 13th Meeting of the Working Subgroup on Combating Trafficking in Persons and Illegal Migration took place in Kyiv on the premises of GUAM Secretariat.
The participants exchanged information on national legislation, operational situation and activities of GUAM Member States in the sphere of combating Trafficking in Persons and countering Illegal Migration, including issues of bilateral cooperation. Few issues of development of international cooperation as well as of holding events in the frame of the Subgroup in the course of the year have also been discussed.
The decisions adopted in the outcome of the session of the Subgroup have been formalized in the appropriate Protocol.
The next meeting of the Subgroup will be held in the 4th quarter of 2014.
