On 23rd of September 2008 in New York, the 14th meeting of the GUAM Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs – USA had taken place in the margins of 63rd session of the UN General Assembly. The Sides considered wide range of issues, including on-going and in-coming programs and projects of mutual interest. As a result of meeting, the GUAM-USA Joint Statement was agreed.
