20th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the GUAM Member States

The 20^th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the GUAM Member States was held on December 4, 2025 via videoconference, attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine H.E. Mr. Seymur Mardaliyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine H.E. Mr. George Zakarashvili, Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine Mr. Octavian Ionesie, Head of Division for Türkiye and South Caucasus, 2 Territorial Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Ihor Roman, GUAM Secretary General Mr. Altai Efendiev.

During the meeting, the participants discussed topical issues of the current situation in the framework of the ODED-GUAM, as well as organizational and legal matters to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization under the condition of the ongoing aggression of the RF against Ukraine.
