9 June 2023, the 25th Meeting of the GUAM Working Subgroup on Combating Terrorism was held via videoconference.
The Parties were mutually informed on the operational issues of countering terrorism, the participation in international events in the field of combating terrorism, including possible interaction in the GUAM format. In addition, participants exchanged information on changes in the national regulatory and institutional framework in fighting terrorism.
The Parties also discussed the challenges of terrorist actions as a component of war crimes, the legal support and the operational practice of investigations, and the cooperation with international partners.
