The 7th meeting of the Heads of Consular Departments of GUAM Member States was held online on 24 November 2023, chaired by Ukraine’s Chairmanship in the ODED-GUAM.
At the meeting, the participants discussed the issues of the implementation of the GUAM Consular Convention.
