April 19, 2018, in the GUAM Secretariat hosted the 9th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of GUAM Member States which was attended by A. Khudiyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan; G. Dumbadze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia; R. Bolbochan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova (Chairman); A. Kononenko, Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine; A. Efendiev, GUAM Secretary General, S. Tamirov and T. Kiladze, Program Coordinators.
During the meeting, Sides discussed issues of current activities in the framework of the GUAM, in particular, the preparation of the Meeting of the Heads of Governments of the GUAM Member States and the Business Forum to be held in Chisinau in June this year as well as such events – the meeting of experts on harmonising the Protocol on Rules for determining the country of goods origin, the meeting of the Working Body coordinating the actions of the Contracting Parties of the Agreement on Establishment of GUAM Free Trade Area, the meeting of the Working Group on Transport at the level of Heads of Departments, the meeting of the Steering Committee of Trade and Transportation Facilitation Project, and the meeting of the Working Group on Youth and Sports.
