May 4-6, 2018, Mr T. Kiladze, Program Coordinator of the GUAM Secretariat, participated in the 3rd International Festival of Arts «Carpathian Space» which was held in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. Besides the GUAM Member States, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, France, the Czech Republic and Switzerland also took part in the festival.
Program Coordinator took part in the opening ceremony of the festival, as well as in the educational forum conducted with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine L. Grynevych.
