Program coordinator of GUAM Secretariat took part in the Presentation of the Development Strategy

The Presentation of the Development Strategy of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in conditions of the temporary occupation for 2019-2020 took place on the premises of the aforesaid Office in Kyiv on October 10, 2018.

The representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations in Ukraine, state power, people’s deputies and NGOs were invited on that occasion.

During the ceremony, the Strategy was undersigned by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Mr. Mykola Melenevskyi, Program coordinator of the GUAM Secretariat, took part in the event on behalf of the GUAM Secretariat. In particular, on the margins of the Presentation, Mr. Melenevskyi met the Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Mr. G. Mamedov and the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Mr. Refat Chubarov. In their conversation, the interlocutors, inter alia, touched upon the issues of eventual interaction between GUAM and the Prosecutor’s Office as well as the prospects of development of international parliamentary cooperation in the format of GUAM.
