On December 6, 2018, the first Meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs (CMFA) of GUAM – Canada was held in the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Meeting in Milan. The Meeting was attended by E. Mammadyarov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan; D. Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; T. Ulianovschi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, P. Klimkin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and A. Efendiev, GUAM Secretary General. The Canadian delegation was led by Ch. Freeland, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada.
As the outcome of the meeting, the Joint Press Release was adopted.
