11 July 2023, the 25th Meeting of the GUAM Working Group on Civil Emergency was held via videoconference with the participation of representatives of the relevant departments of the GUAM Member States and the Secretariat.
The participants discussed the activity distinctions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine under state-of-war conditions and also considered measures to eliminate the consequences of military operations and rehabilitation of de-occupied territories based on the practice of Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In addition, information was also heard about the experience of Ukraine in organizing the management of demining processes and solving the tasks of demining de-occupied territories.
