The 21st Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the GUAM Member States was held on February 5, 2026 via videoconference, attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine H.E. Mr. Seymur Mardaliyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine H.E. Mr. George Zakarashvili, Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine Mr. Octavian Ionesie, Head of Division for Türkiye and South Caucasus, 2 Territorial Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Ihor Roman, GUAM Secretary General Mr. Altai Efendiev.
During the meeting, the participants discussed activities of the Organization in 2026, current situation in the framework of the ODED-GUAM, as well as organizational and legal matters.
