On 10 November 2008 Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM Mr. V.Chechelashvili was received by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, GUAM National Coordinator of Ukraine Mr. O.Gorin
The Sides considered issues of cooperation in GUAM format, as well as the questions related to the start of Secretariat’s activities in its permanent premises.
