On October 10, 2013, the Secretary General of Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, Mr. Valeri Chechelashvili, who was visiting the Republic of Azerbaijan in relation to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elmar Mammadyarov.
The Parties discussed wide range of issues of cooperation in the GUAM and GUAM+ formats, paying particular attention to the agenda of the next meeting of the Сouncil of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM.
