On 24-26 September 2010 in Tokyo developers of GUAM-Japan joint tourist product took part by joint booth in the World Trade Fair JATA WTF 2010. Participants of the fair demonstrated touristic capacity of GUAM member-states, presented joint tourist product and had a meetings with the Japanese travel agencies interested in cooperation.
On September 26th, 2010 in the framework of exhibition by the organizational support of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Japan seminar for presentation of joint tourist product was organized. In its framework representative of “Turkish Airlines” demonstrated the air company possibilities on transportation of tourists to GUAM member- states and draw a lottery (2 free air tickets to any of GUAM member-states) among the travel agencies which took part in the specified action. The participants of seminar have discussed the further development of GUAM-Japan cooperation in tourism.
