On November 8th 2010 Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM was received by Minister of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic Mr.Samir Sharifov in the margins of his working visit to Baku.
Sides discussed development of regional cooperation in South-Eastern Europe, GUAM region and stressed the importance of projects and programmes implementation process in “GUAM” and “GUAM+” formats, their significance for strengthening of integration and stability in Black-Caspian Sea space.
