Meeting of experts in GUAM Secretariat on harmonizing of draft Protocol on rules of determining the country of origin of goods

On July 5-6, 2012, the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv hosted a meeting involving experts on harmonising the draft Protocol on rules of determining the country of origin of goods. The meeting took place under the chairmanship of Georgia and within the framework of the GUAM Working Group on Economy and Trade. The meeting also involved representatives from the relevant government ministries and embassies of GUAM member states, as well as the GUAM Secretariat.

Participants in the meeting discussed the draft rules for determining the country of origin within the GUAM member states, agreed on them, and jointly undertook to complete the internal procedures that are necessary for their adoption.
