26 December 2020, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture, Mr Dusen Kaseinov, who was in Kyiv with a working visit, and the Secretary General of the ODED-GUAM, Mr A. Efendiev, met at the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv.
During the meeting, the Parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between two Organizations.
