On October 8, 2013 in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, Mr. V. Chechelashvili, and Mr. F. Muradov, the Chairman of the “Great Silk Way” International Youth Union and Deputy in the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, signed a Partnership Agreement between the two organizations.
The Parties, on the basis of the signed Agreement, will promote cooperation in the fields of mutual interest, in particular, in the field of youth movement, humanitarian cooperation, transport, trade and tourism.
