On 23 December 2009 Secretary General of GUAM participated in a session of political and diplomatic club “Ambassador” of the Institute of international relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Secretary General provided to the audience information on the general tendencies of regional cooperation in the Southeastern Europe, history of GUAM, its goals and objectives, positioning of the Organization in the network of international relations, cooperation in GUAM+ format.
Secretary General answered the questions of the audience.
