The Council of Foreign Ministers of the GUAM Member States,

taking into account the provisions of Article 3 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the GUAM Member States on Trade and Transportation Facilitation of July 4, 2003,

in order to ensure the work of the Steering Committee of the GUAM Trade and Transportation Facilitation Project and establish its Working Body,

the Regulations on the Secretariat of the Steering Committee of the GUAM Trade and Transportation Facilitation Project (attached).
