On 17 July 2008 Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM Mr. V.Chechelashvili was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine H.E. Mr. V.Ogryzko.
The Sides considered topics of cooperation in GUAM format with the emphasis on the imlementation of GUAM programms and projects. The inauguration of Secretariat’s office and topics of GUAM external partnership were discussed as well.
