On December 21, 2011, Secretary General of Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, Mr. V.Chechelashvili was received by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. K.I. Gryshchenko.
During the meeting, the parties discussed various issues pertaining to the current cooperation within the “GUAM” and “GUAM+” formats, the implementation of cooperation programmes and projects, including those concerning the economy and trade, in addition to the struggle against organised crime, energy, tourism, etc.
The GUAM Secretary General informed the Minister about the results of his recent working visit to Baku (on December 20, 2011). They also discussed potential priorities with respect to the Organization’s cooperation in the year 2012.
