Within the scope of the visit to Georgia by Mr. Valeri Chechelashvili, the Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, a meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ms. Tamar Beruchashvili, took place on December 12, 2014.
During the meeting, the Parties discussed issues related to the prospects for the Organization’s activities in 2015, the process of implementing cooperation programmes and projects within the GUAM format, and the strengthening of political interaction between GUAM member states. The Parties also considered issues related to interparliamentary cooperation, as well as cooperation with external partners.
