On December 30, 2014, Mr. V.Chechelashvili, the Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, met with Mr. David Jalagania, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, who is also the GUAM National Coordinator from Georgia.
During the meeting, the Parties discussed a range of issues related to GUAM cooperation, paid particular attention to the agenda and the programme for the forthcoming 33th Meeting of the Council of GUAM National Coordinators, which will involve the directors of policy departments from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of GUAM member-states (to be held on January 28-29, 2015 at the GUAM Secretariat).
Mr. Jalagania noted that the Georgian side is interested in the proposal put forward by the Ukrainian Presidency in connection with above-mentioned documents, and once again reiterated his attendance of the meeting.
