On 24-25 June 2009, the meeting of financial experts took place in the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv with the participation of Mr. Nazim Alyev, Head of financial and currency Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. George Purtshvaladze, main adviser of international audit Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Mr. Alexander Sosiura, Head of financial and currency Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Mr. Eugeniy Bots, Counselor of the Embassy of the Moldova Republic in Ukraine.
The meeting approved the GUAM Draft Budget for 2010, which will be further presented for the consideration to the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of GUAM Member States.
