On July 8, 2026, at the premises of the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova in Chișinău, Program Coordinator of the Secretariat of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM Mr. Sabuhi Tamirov met with the Deputy Director of the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Viorel Doagă.
During the meeting, the issues of ongoing cooperation within GUAM Steering Committee of the Trade and Transportation Facilitation Project was discussed, as well as implementation of the decisions of the 40th Meeting of the Steering Committee. The Secretariat expressed gratitude to the Republic of Moldova for its readiness to organize the Meeting of the Working Group on Authorized Economic Operators in Autumn 2026 in Moldova with the purpose of introduction of the experience of the Republic of Moldova in the field of AEO.
During the meeting, it was also agreed to convene the 41st Meeting of the TTFSC in Moldova in Autumn 2026 in offline format.
