The GUUAM States,
guided by the provisions of the documents adopted at the GUUAM Yalta Summit of July 20, 2002, including the Declaration of the Heads of State on Joint Efforts to Ensure Stability and Security in the Region;
in accordance with Article 5 (paragraph 3) of the Agreement on Cooperation among the Governments of GUUAM Participating States in the Field of Combat Against Terrorism, Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crimes;
based on the GUUAM-US Framework Program on Trade and Transportation Control, Customs and Border Management, Fight against Terrorism, Organized Crime and Drug Trafficking;
in order to effectively combat international terrorism, organized crime and drug trafficking, and other dangerous crimes;
Have agreed as follows:
1. To establish the GUUAM Virtual Center for Combating Terrorism, Organized Crime, Drug Trafficking, and Other Dangerous Crimes and the GUUAM Interstate Management System (IIMS);
2. To approve the Statute of the GUUAM Virtual Center on Fight against Terrorism, Organized Crime, Drug Trafficking and Other Dangerous Types of Crimes and the Basic Principles of the GUUAM Interstate Information Management System (IIMS);
3. The following Agreement shall enter into force in accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement on Cooperation among the Governments of GUUAM Participating States in the Field of Combat Against Terrorism, Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crimes of July 20, 2002.
