2 October 2019, the 13th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the GUAM Member States took place at the GUAM Secretariat that was attended by A. Khudiyev. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan; T. Sharashenidze the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia; R. Bolbochan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova; V. Bodnar. the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, National Coordinator (Chairman); A. Efendiev, the GUAM Secretary General and Secretariat Program Coordinators.
The GUAM Council of Permanent Representatives heard detailed information by the Secretary General on the outcome of the 34th Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers (September 26, New York). At the meeting, information was also received from the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on high-level events that will be held during the Ukrainian Chairmanship this year, in particular, on the Meeting of the Heads of Government of GUAM Member States, the Meeting of Parliamentary Speakers and the separate Meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs. During the last event, it is possible to consider the draft strategy on the development of cooperation within the GUAM and the GUAM Communication Strategy as well as other documents.
