On March 18-19, 2014, the GUAM Secretariat underwent an external audit of GUAM’s financial activities for the year 2013. This event involved the following officials: Mr. N. Aliyev, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine; Mr. T. Kiladze, Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; Mr. A. Balanel, Head of the International Finance Affairs Office, International Relations Department, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova; and Mrs. I. Lugovskaya, Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Administration and Record Keeping – Head of the Accounting Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The meeting resulted in representatives of the GUAM member states signing the auditor’s report regarding the results of the financial audit of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM for the year 2013.
