On March 4-7, 2013, an external audit of GUAM’s financial activities for the year 2012 took place at the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv.
This event involved the following officials: Mr. D. Kerimov, Head of the Financial and Currency Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Mr. N. Aliyev, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine; Mr. T. Kiladze, Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; Mrs. L. Popa, Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Department, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova; and Mr. I. Primachenko, Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Administration and Record Keeping of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The meeting resulted in representatives of the GUAM member states signing the auditor’s report regarding the 2012 results of the financial audit of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM.
