May 3-5 2019, the IV International Festival «Carpathian Space – 2019» was held in Ivano-Frankivsk in which representatives of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Poland, the USA, Hungary, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France participated. GUAM Program Coordinator T. Kiladze was invited also to the festival.
The Program Coordinator took part in the opening ceremony of the festival and its main events among which the round table on the topic «Decentralization – Achievements, Challenges» with the participation of representatives of the authorities, the diplomatic corps, culture and business.
