10 November 2021, the Inaugural Meeting of the GUAM Group on Strategic Communications was held via videoconference under the Georgian chairmanship, which was attended by the relevant departments’ representatives of the Member States and the GUAM Secretariat.
The GUAM Secretary General provided an overview on the current status of using communication instruments for the promotion of the GUAM Member States and the Organization’s image. Through general discussions, the participants presented their views and assessments of the activities in this field. The Group members also discussed the current challenges in coordinated reactions and proposed measures to overcome them.
