On 18th June 2010 the meeting of GUAM Secretary General Mr. V.Chechelashvili and IRU (International Road Union) Secretary General Mr. M.Marmy took place in GUAM Secretariat.
During the meeting the perspectives of developing of international transport corridors through the GUAM member-states were discussed, as well as the implementation of central route of New Eurasian Land Transport Initiative (NELTI) joint project; possibilities of elaboration of new projects which will promote motor transportation development were considered.
The Deputy IRU Secretary General Mr. I.Runov, Vice-president of IAAC of Ukraine Mr. Y.Kutchinsky and Program coordinator of GUAM Secretariat Mr. S.Temirov also took part in the meeting.
