May 31 2019, the simultaneous chess game took place at the Secretariat of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the GUAM Secretariat with the support of the Ukrainian Chess Federation. The event was dedicated to the Chairmanship of Ukraine in the Organization during the current year.
The tournament was attended by Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine V. Bodnar, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine M. Movchan, the representatives of the Embassies of the GUAM Member States and the diplomatic corps accredited in Ukraine, as well as the executive authorities of Ukraine.
At the end of the tournament, the youngest participants of the game were awarded the cups.
