5 October 2016, the 4th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives (CPR) of the GUAM Member States took place at the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine M. Ukleba, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine R. Bolbochan, the Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine E. Bagirov, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine A. Kononenko, the Secretary General of GUAM A. Efendiev, the Program Coordinators S. Tamirov, N. Melenevskyy and T. Kiladze.
The participants discussed the topical issues of the Organization’s activities, in particular, the situation in its working bodies, listened to relevant proposals and initiatives, considered the development of the GUAM international cooperation, as well as the issues about the events timed to the Anniversary of the Organization.
