On April 30, 2015, upon the invitation of Serbian Chairmanship in the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM Mr. Valeri Chechelashvili delivered a statement to the Permanent Council of OSCE in Vienna.
