On May 5, 2026, the Second Expert Meeting of the GUAM Member States was held via videoconference under the Chairmanship of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the meeting, its participants continued to consider practical steps to increase the efficiency of the functioning of the Organization under current realities and developed proposals aimed at improving the existing procedures of the ODED-GUAM to further promote development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the ODED-GUAM Member States
