On October 24-25, 2011 in Batumi, Georgia, the 15th meeting of the GUAM Trade and Transport Facilitation (TTF) Project Steering Committee took place with the participation of Steering Committee members and the GUAM Secretariat Program coordinator.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the issues associated with the implementation of the GUAM TTF Project and considered information about the strategy of the Economic Zone of Registration (EZR) in the Customs Administration of Georgia, and the exchange of preliminary information about goods and vehicles transported through the state borders of GUAM member states.
The outcomes of the meeting were reflected in the Protocol.
Participants agreed to hold the next meeting of the TTF in the first half of 2012 in the Republic of Moldova. The date and venue of the meeting will be made known through diplomatic channels.
