14 July 2020, the 2nd online Meeting of the Working Group on Blockchain held within the GUAM Trade and Transportation Facilitation Project Steering Committee which was attended by the relevant departments’ representatives of the Member States and the GUAM Secretariat.
The participants discussed the existing legal framework for using digital signatures and noted the importance of creating conditions for the mutual recognition of digital signatures to simplify customs procedures.
