12 December 2023, the 41st Meeting of the GUAM Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs was held in Brussels, Belgium, on the sidelines of the Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting.
The Council discussed issues of political interaction, inter-parliamentary and sectoral cooperation in the GUAM format, and the GUAM Consular Convention implementation.
The Council appreciated the conducting of the GUAM Chairmanship by Ukraine and adopted the decision on the transfer of the Chairmanship in the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
