On March 27, 2013, the GUAM Secretariat in Kyiv hosted a lecture with the participation of the Chief Specialist, Mr. Hideki Takahashi, and the Director of the International Business Team, Mr. Toru Sudzuki (of the company “Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited”). During the lecture, Mr. Takahashi and Mr. Sudzuki gave a presentation about the building, operation, and administration of highways and auxiliary infrastructure based on their company as a case in point.
The lecture was met by a sizeable crowd, including representatives of transport administrations, the embassies of GUAM member states, the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine, the Association of Automobile Carriers of Ukraine, and students of the National Transport University of Ukraine.
