On 7 November 2008, International Conference “GUAM Development Strategy” had taken place in Kyiv at Institute of International Relations of T.Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Representatives, scholars and diplomats discussed perspective of cooperation in the field of international information and its influence on the network of international relations, including regional format.
During the Opening Session Conference was addressed by Secretary General. He furnished participants with information on goals and objectives of the Organization following GUAM Batumi Summit, as well as about information component of cooperation in GUAM format.
