On 15-16 February 2010, in the margins of the working visit to Baku, Secretary General had a meetings with Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Abulfas Garayev, GUAM National Coordinator, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Araz Azimov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Elmar Mamediarov.
During the meetings wide range of cooperation issues in GUAM format were discussed, with the emphasis on implementation of GUAM joint tourist product in cooperation with Japan, perspectives of cooperation in the field of tourism and transport, as well as possible schedule of GUAM perspective events.
